Replacement Policy

Overview

We do not offer refunds or returns on products in our store.

If you purchase a physical product that arrives in damaged condition, you may be eligible for a free replacement. In the case of a damaged physical item, we will require photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery of your item as determined by tracking.

All photographs must be sent to claim@jessdavison.com.

Should your item be found to be defective, a new replacement will be mailed within 2 business days at no additional cost to you.

Replacement

Once your photos have been received, JessDavison.com will determine if your claim is authentic within 24 hours.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be mailed at no additional cost to you. You may not receive the same item, but one similar, as many of our items are unique/limited quantity offers.
